Hi everyone! I want to apologize for neglecting my blog for the past two weeks! School has been beyond crazy! In this post, I'm channeling my inner Beyoncé! I saw this sweater and could not pass it up! I think it is so important for women to feel confident. Often, women get caught up in trying to be like someone else--mainly celebrity women. I think girls should refrain from trying to be like others and embrace their uniqueness. I was never one to follow the crowd. I dislike having things that others have and doing the things that others do. I enjoy being different. I have looked up to many celebrity women and still do. Mainly because the women I look up to inspire me to be a better person. Looking up to someone and trying to be exactly like them are not the same. Ladies, embrace the uniqueness the good man upstairs has blessed you with! You never know who you are inspiring!

I am so excited to share this outfit with all of you! I love strolling down main street with mom while doing a little bit of shopping & sipping on coffee! We recently starting getting really cute boutiques in our little town which makes me very excited! I love shopping and what better way than to shop local? I purchased this particular outfit from Boutique Forty-Six ! I have been wanting to purchase a pair of black skinnies, so I was super excited when I came across a pair! I also found this super fun sweater to pair with my jeans! I love walking out of a boutique with an entire new outfit!.. and get this! I purchased my new outfit for only $60! How awesome is that?! I want to apologize for slacking this past week with my blog posts! School has been so hectic for me.. I am ready for winter break! This post is all about my love for fall clothing! I am obsessed with prints and textures. My favorite go to fall pieces are leggings such as the pair I have on! I love leather, but hate the look of fully leathered leggings. So having a pair of leggings with a touch of leather is great! It gives an outfit an edgy look! When it comes to prints, I love animal prints and furs! They go great with anything and everything!

Pretty in Peplum

 

 

I am completely obsessed with all things peplum! I am in love with the fashion of the 50s and 60s and the peplum style was a huge fashion statement in those days! I think that peplum tops and dresses are great for showing off any figure. The make of peplum tops and dresses make the waist appear smaller. So ladies, if you are looking for tops and/or dresses to show off that figure, peplum is the answer! Peplum tops pair great with jeans, shorts, and even skirts! Pink in October

 

Being that it is October, I wanted to honor those who have been affected with breast cancer. I Pray that these women stay strong during their battle and never give up or lose hope! God is great and hears your prayers! I also want to thank God for the women who have overcome their battle! Ladies, please continue to wear your pink to help raise awareness! We all know that every girl owns something that's pink! October is a great month to sport it around for a great cause! I know I always love looking fab in pink, but knowing I am doing it for a great cause makes my heart happy!
